For Studios clients: upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose. CheckNewTech retains ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute content; (c) interfere with Site operation; (d) impersonate any person or entity.
Some content on this Site may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. All AI-assisted content is reviewed and approved before publication.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckNewTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Studios services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
